At French Avenue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our boutique.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
